Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before confirming your stay at EDU NEST PG.

Note: These terms apply to all residents of EDU NEST PG. Amenities and facilities may vary depending upon room variations. For any clarification, please call +91 96546 66263.

House Rules

  1. If your rent is equal to or less than ₹20,000/- and you vacate the premises in less than 90 days, then 12% GST will be applicable on rent. If unpaid, it will be deducted from the security deposit. Residents staying more than 90 days are exempt from GST.
  2. No tenant is allowed to interchange their seat. If you wish to change, please inform us at +91 96546 66263. A seat change is allowed only after written/verbal permission. Unauthorised seat changes attract a fine of ₹5,000/-.
  3. Visitors are welcome between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Visitors outside this window are charged ₹1,000/-. Overnight visitor stay is ₹1,000/- per day.
  4. Taking plates from the mess area is a fineable offence. A fine of ₹500/- will apply if a resident is found taking plates outside the mess.
  5. On moving in, please share your details — Name, Phone Number, College/Company Name, Room Number, Rent, Security, mode of payment — at +91 96546 66263.
  6. Tenants are required to pay the full rent even if only luggage is kept in the room.
  7. Damage to property in the room will be charged to the resident.
  8. Management reserves the right to vacate the rented premises with the assistance of the police in cases of misbehaviour, non-payment of rent on or before the due date, or non-payment of electricity charges on time.
  9. Rent remains applicable in the event of any government-declared lockdown, as long as the room is occupied.
  10. Daily housekeeping is provided. No tenant may refuse cleaning of their room.
  11. If a seat is taken on a sharing basis, the resident may not use the other bed, table or almirah while the other seat is unoccupied. Doing so will be charged as full month rent of the additional seat.
  12. When a tenant is outside the PG premises, the management is not responsible for the resident in any case. Tenants and their parents/guardians are responsible in the event of any incident.
  13. Before entering the room at the time of joining, please thoroughly check the room. The PG management will not be responsible for any mishappening that may occur thereafter.
